Bill manages strategic partnerships, programs, contracts, and operations. Most recently, he was the Chief Information Officer at Ferris Baker Watts, a leading national full-service financial firm, where he provided strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems.  He has overseen expansion of company networks on a worldwide basis in multiple organizations and has extensive knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial and health care market segments. He has created one-of-a-kind IT architectures in diverse areas, including prototype intelligent office buildings, bandwidth management on broadband networks, active monitoring processes for leased company assets and executive information portals.
