Flat Rate Help Desk Support

For a flat fee, ITS will provide support for any desktop issues that can be solved remotely. Since 98% of problems can be solved through Microsoft Netmeeting, this support plan will cover most problems that are not hardware related.

 

Proactive Server Management
ITS protects your onsite servers with proactive monitoring and maintenance. With Microsoft Operations Manager, ITS scans all customer servers to watch for small problems before they turn into big ones! We will apply all Microsoft Windows and antivirus patches to prevent security vulnerabilities.

Web Site and Domain Name Hosting

We will also support full web site and domain name hosting at our enterprise data center.  ITS offers both shared and dedicated web servers.

 

Managed Tape Backup
ITS offers a backup solution which includes an external tape library and supplies. The service includes weekly tape rotation, two restores a month and secure offsite storage of tapes.

Hardware Sales and Service

As part of our complete solution, ITS sells computer equipment. We are one of the top HP partners in the DC metropolitan area and have qualified HP service technicians to take care of you if the equipment requires repairs.

 

Managed Internet/Firewall support
For a bundled price, ITS will support the Internet connectivity and security at your office. This includes the maintenance and configuration of routers and firewalls. In addition, ITS can act on your behalf to resolve any internet connectivity issues.

Onsite support
In the event that we cannot resolve issues through the Internet, we offer onsite consulting services. This can also be scheduled in advance for additional savings.

Disaster recovery services
ITS will offer full server redundancy in Q4. Using Virtual server technologies, ITS will offer the ability to lose an entire server yet not lose more than one hour of work.
